How the ordering process works.

    Next send us an order using the form on the order now page.

  • 3. Choose your order location and pickup.

    Once the order is placed, we will contact you with a delivery date and payment details.

  • We butcher beef most Wednesdays and deliver locally Thursdays, freighted items are delivered Fridays.

  • Freight - MFG refrigerated transport deliver to your door Launceston and surrounds and most North East for $15 a box up to 20kg.

  • East of Pyengana to the coast we will deliver or arrange to meet you in St Helens.

  • Your meat will come packed in freezer bags, ready to place in your freezer.

  • Once we have received your order we will contact you with a delivery date and payment details.

Cuts include: Eye Fillet, Scotch Fillet, T’bone, Porterhouse, Rump, Topside (roast and steaks), Skirt steak, Blade, Oyster blade, Round, Gravy Beef, Stewing Steak, Fresh silverside roast minute steaks, Osso, Mince, and GF Sausages

Brisket available as Brisket, Ribs or minced.

40kg of prime Pyengana beef - $800

Sides of beef are also available include
the same cuts as above.
Approx. 70-80kg @ $20/kg.

Farm Fresh Mince 5kg minimum order

Prime Lamb with minted sausages

Full Prime Lamb - $300

Lambs are available full or by the side.  Dressed weight of lambs is 20-24kg.  Lambs come with back legs roasts, halved or full, shanks, and chops, chump, loin, forequarter, cutlets, and neck.  We then trim out the flaps and offcuts to make fresh lamb mince or minted lamb sausages.  Approx product in box is 17-19kg. Lambs fry and /or kidneys included by request.

Not a fan of casserole cuts?

We can vary your pack to include more roasts, brisket, ribs, sausages or mince.

Just let us know your preference.

Every pack includes a selection of your top end steaks. Scotch, Tbone, Porterhouse and rump.

Sides and 1/4 include eye fillet.

NOTE: Our sausages and burgers are Gluten Free
